What People Say
“Good quality, good value cooking”
The Beginning

Our Story
“Siaw (เสี่ยว)” means “friend” in Thai and is represented by the Chinese character 友. To us, friendship, food and community belong at the same table.
Siaw comes from a friendship of more than ten years between two founders, formed in a Hong Kong Thai kitchen. We cook everyday Thai favourites and harder-to-find street snacks in a welcoming room, with the spirit of Isan close by.
The food is meant to feel familiar: dishes shaped by heritage, care and friendship.
"Food that feels like home."
